In the taxation of our goods we comply with the statutory provisions. For deliveries to third countries, i.e. countries outside the EU (see here: Foreign Trade Act (AWG) § 2 Definitions), we therefore do not charge sales tax. However, additional costs may arise when importing goods into third countries (e.g. import sales tax and customs duties). These costs are then initially paid by the shipping service provider, but must be paid by you when the package is delivered. If you would like to find out more about the national regulations on import turnover tax and customs duties, please contact your national customs office directly.
Exception: For deliveries to Switzerland we pay the import sales tax. Swiss customers will then receive an invoice via our shipping partner MeinEinkauf.ch showing Swiss VAT.
