You have bought an espresso machine, coffee grinder or other accessories and the article is now defective?

Then write us a message and send us your order number, where applicable also the serial number of the machine, as well as a detailed error description. You can also send us photos or videos to support this. Our technical customer service will get back to you as soon as possible. 

If we cannot help you from a distance, you will have to send us your machine for repair. For this purpose, we will of course issue a free return label in a separate email. Please do not forget to include the return form in your package and pack the package securely for transport. You can find out how to do this here.
